I love the idea of this book – the "King Arthur Will Return To Britain In Times Of Need" idea but with a select group of the Knights of the Round Table, but this time the Great Need is that we've destroyed the climate to such a point that the UK is unlivable. There are refugee camps. The army has been privatized. Etc.
Kay is a delight, and I love him. Mariam and her aid group / terrorist organization are a delight. However, I was starting to have climate change related nightmares, so I stopped.
