Happenings in 2022:
In no particular order.
- Went to the NHL Winter Classic at Target Field for about half the game before I gave up -- it was very, very cold, especially once the last of the sun went down.
- Went to Anna and Elisabeth's wedding
- met many delightful folks IRL at said wedding
- started doing martial arts again
- Aglarond got new windows! the floor is so much warmer!
- Went to my sister-in-law's wedding
- Went from "oh we should schedule a test drive" to owning a car in under 10 hours.
- New car is named Harald-King
- got a new set of glasses and a new contact ℞
- Saw Americian Aquarium at the Fine Line again.
- Saw Carmen performed at the Minnesota Opera with Mardia
- Aglarond got AIR CONDITIONING~~~
- Met Caps and Nora IRL over pho
- did a knife-making workshop with Imp, but skipped out on the final day so I have a half-finished knife that I keep using despite it not being done.
- Moved my podfic hosting to a Backblaze b2 bucket. This has resulted in a lot less sad comments about the download link not working.
- Went on a lot of walks with Imp, Mardia, and Max, in various combinations.
- Had a therapist recommend Wiscon tickets as a present for Imp. They are no longer my therapist for only mostly unrelated reasons.
- Went to the funeral for the father of one of my dear friends.
- Read the Mary the Tower paper and related articles.

- Switched back to Ubuntu as my main personal machine with a Framework laptop
- Quit three Minecraft servers after accidentally ending up in a mod-type position.
- Imp started a Mastodon server and I'm helping run that.
